How long will it take for my order to ship?
Each item is made to order and 100% handcrafted in the Brooklyn atelier by Bruna Andreoni. Due to the handmade nature of our items, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders very quickly. To cancel or modify, contact us at info@brunaandreoni.com within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we can custom design a leather item just for you, or you may modify one of our current collection designs. For inquiries, please contact us at info@brunaandreoni.com.
How do I care for my item?
If soiled, gently wipe the leather clean with a cloth. Avoid contact with water. We recommend applying leather balm once every few months. For more thorough cleaning, contact a leather cleaning specialist.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we cannot accept refunds at this time. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving and issue a store credit. Items must be undamaged and in the same condition as when they were received. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the atelier, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the shipment and approve the return, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned items. Store credits expire one year from the date they were issued.
